It doesn't really matter what situation we are in, and it also doesn't matter so much what we think about it, how we feel, or how we are tempted to react. What matters for a spiritual traveler is that the OBSERVER is always present. HE is our GOD CONNECTION.
The OBSERVER is always at our disposal. There is only one requirement to be involved in the NOW. We need to engage with life to the best of our ability. Lack of pain is not a spiritual objective, neither is longing for bliss. Engagement with life is all that SPIRIT asks of us. 'Success' and 'failure', 'pain' and 'pleasure' come and go, the OBSERVER stays.
